Ezhil is the principal attorney and founder of EN Law Office, PLLC. Ezhil created EN Law Office with a vision for providing excellent, client-centered legal services in a boutique setting.
Ezhil’s legal practice is primarily centered on Small Businesses, Tax, IP, and Data Privacy. His focus includes providing legal services to technology companies and startups. Also, he provides legal services from their founding, startup, and initial organization through their financing, investor relationships, and beyond. He can help new businesses choose the right business entity and state of the organization, protect their intellectual property, and define and protect the present and future contract rights and management control of founders, employees, and independent contractors.
Ezhil is admitted to practice in Texas, Illinois, and Minnesota. He is a member of the Texas, Illinois, and Minnesota State Bar Associations. In addition to EN Law Office Law, Ezhil has practiced as a CPA helping individuals and small businesses.
